OneFest: Saturday, May 7, 2011, 4-8 pm
OneFest is an ADS tradition to celebrate our community and has evolved into a Springtime Family Fun Fair.
During OneFest, we transform our school grounds into an outdoor family play-space. Planned attractions include: a rock wall, bouncy houses, a very popular teacher dunking booth, supreme live entertainment (including the Minor Mishap Marching Band), arts and crafts, face painting, student-guided hikes, adults vs. children tug of war, student performances and work displays, a silent auction, and delicious local food. Food will not be included in ticket price, but you can bring your own food- no glass containers or alcohol allowed. Last year, we had over 700 guests and raised over $12,000 for our school!
ADS families, students, alumni, newly accepted 2011-12 families and all from the extended community are invited to attend.
Ticket prices are $12 per adult and $6 per child over 5. (Families needing financial assistance can speak with the coordinator. While this is a major fundraiser, we want all families to be able to attend.)
SlowFeast has been cancelled; hopefully it will be rescheduled for the fall of 2011!
